"ok closing cots estimates were given to me, I understood that to be ALL money out of pocket from my pocket, turns out closing costs given to me were the lenders closing costs, which were half of what MY REAL closing costs were. I proceeded to contact the title company and tell them all their errors on each line which lowered my closing costs because I brought up to title company all their errors and mistakes which were many and this was crappy LENNAR title aka which I was told they were not going to be the title company."
